The National Print and Mail Center's (NPMC) Print and Insertion team is seeking a highly motivated, organized and detail oriented Leader. This individual will supervise a team of print and insertion operators who are responsible for running commercial size equipment in order to produce our hard copy communications to our policy holders country wide. This team is one of four responsible for required service levels stated on our Plan. It is this individuals’ responsibility to ensure their team meets this goal. This individual will work directly with the internal departments here at the NPMC to assist and support testing, daily and monthly reporting and manual finishing processes. This individual will also be responsible for various projects within the department, learning the equipment and the specialized software that relates to the process.


Supervisory experience
Strong Leadership and delegation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to coach, mentor and address performance issues
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Ability to assign and track projects to ensure deliverables are met on time.
Highly proficient in Excel
Should be well organized, thorough and able to handle competing priorities.
Must meet the Company’s education requirements for management.

Rotating Schedule 6:30AM-7:35 PM Sat-Mon-Tues/ Wed-Thu-Fri
Requires ability to be available opposite days of schedule for mandatory meetings or events
