Part Time Insurance Customer Service Representative

 

Salary: $19.86 - $20.85 with Bachelors Degree / hour

Schedule:  20 hours between Friday night, Saturday, Sunday and Monday

night

Start Date:  November 18, 2019

And, right now, we’re looking for a Part Time Insurance Customer Service Representative to start a GEICO career in Woodbury, NY. As an Insurance Customer Service Representative in a call center environment, you will take ownership for each customer interaction while educating and counseling policyholders on making the right decision

 


Through our industry-leading, paid training program, you will learn all about insurance policies and regulations, and how to best assist our customers. As a Customer Service Representative, you will use your strong communication skills to answer calls and properly handle customer inquiries, explain insurance coverage and update policies.

Candidate Qualifications


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Good customer service skills or prior experience
  • Demonstrated timely, consistent job attendance history
  • Solid computer, grammar and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail, time management and decision-making skills
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume call center
