Master Software Engineer .NET for Government Employees Insurance Company (GEICO) to work at our Richardson, TX loc.  


Perform advanced-level .NET app design, implementation, + maintenance activities under minimal direction. Diagnose + correct application + infrastructure issues. Manage application security vulnerabilities + maintain compliance w/ industry security standards. Research + eval new software, frameworks, + techniques to provide recommendations to the division + training to other developers + perform code reviews. Document + maintain application reqs + technical specs. Mentor less experienced .NET developers.  


May undergo background checks incl. drug screen and credit check.  


Must have Bach in Comp Sci or rel field and 4 yrs exp with Microsoft .NET tools and technologies incl ASP.NET (MVC & Web API) and WCF Web Services; full .NET software development, incl Visual Studio, TFS, C#, SQL Server, WCF, ASP.NET, Web API, LINQ, SOAP, and REST; complete software development life cycle; user interface, web service, or database development. Also reqs 4 years .NET exp, including application design, implementation, maintenance, diagnosing/correcting issues and managing security vulnerabilities.
