GEICO’s Governance and Access team is looking for a motivated Identity and Access Management Analyst to support GEICO's Identity Management initiatives as they relate to the user account lifecycle management and network resource access. This will include requirements, development, and working with other analysts to test code changes to the Identity Management system. You will also support the team’s initiative to replace the current Identity Management system, as well as participate in proof of concepts to select a replacement product.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop new features and enhancements to the current and future Identity Management platforms

• Troubleshoot system relate issues and perform root cause analysis.

• Perform ongoing certification/monitoring of roles, groups, test accounts, administrative accounts.

• Periodically analyze users’ continued need for network resources and assist with cleanup of dormant users.

• Provide Tier 2 customer support for access to network resources or remote access.

• Assist users in navigating the workflow processes related to the current and future Identity Management products.

• Respond to inquiries/issues from end users related to Active Directory, RACF, remote access, and access to the WAN.

• Assist in generating and monitoring periodic list of locked-out and disabled accounts, accounts exceeding max. password age and accounts with non-expiring passwords

• Assist in monitoring of dormant accounts, disabling if not needed, or documenting exceptions.

Candidate Qualifications:


•  Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information systems, or related engineering field preferred

• 4+ years’ experience with installation, configuration, development, and deployment of one of the following IAM products: Sailpoint, Saviynt, or NetIQ/Microfocus

• 5+ years’ experience in developing, implementing or architecting IAM solutions

• Experience in IAM system integration with cloud based HR systems

• Experience with the implementation of IAM solutions both cloud based and on premise

• 4+ years’ experience with programming/development with Java, Javascript, SQL, JSP/Servlets

• Knowledgably on key IAM concepts (Identity Lifecycle, Roles, SOD, workflow development, birthright access, privilege access etc.)

• Installation, configuration and tuning of application/web servers

Additional Qualifications:

• Knowledge of XML/WSDL/XSD/JQuery

•  Experienced in Service Oriented Architecture

•  Experienced in REST protocols

•  Working knowledge of application and data security as well as end-user access management processes in a multi- platform environment (e.g., UNIX/ LINUX, Mainframe, Windows).

• Information Security Certifications preferred and can include: CISSP, Security+, CISA, CEH, GIAC Security Essentials etc.

• Prefer candidates will have prior IAM governance implementation experience (e.g. SailPoint, Microfocus/NetIQ, Saviynt, or CA)
