 Job Description:
The HRIS Integrations (Reporting as a service) team is seeking a highly motivated, talented, and innovative senior technical developer in scripting and programming solutions in .NET and other various programming languages. They must be able to fulfill ad-hoc scripting responsibilities as well as development for ongoing projects. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to think strategically and be innovative while facilitating a collaborative team oriented environment. The candidate also must exhibit strong critical thinking, decision making and problem solving skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills.

Required Qualifications:
  • Programming Background required: Strong SQL skills and in .Net
  • Seven years of Human Capital Management development related experience
  • Five years of experience in business technical analysis and requirements gathering, including responsibility for developing relevant documentation
  • Experience with Agile methodology using Scrum or Kanban using Jira/Confluence
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and SharePoint and/or equivalent
  • Two years of Workday experience with a strong understanding of Workday configuration and integrations
  • Proficient in the use of EIB, Document Transformation, CCB and Workday Studio
  • Workday Reporting and data modeling experience is required
  • Workday configuration experience and skills are required
  • Experience with Monitoring Tools Wily, BMC Patrol, Perceiver, SCOM, Exoprise and Splunk is a plus
  • Develop custom scripts to increase process and system efficiency with the objective of reducing human intervention on any repetitive tasks
  • Implement and support Workday functions (HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Talent Management, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Integrations) with existing .Net custom CSS applications
  • Design, deliver, and/or maintain business critical data/system migration integration into and out of the Workday application
  • Sustaining support activities include the responsibility for troubleshooting and optimizing existing system interfaces/integrations, and a detailed understanding of HR business and technical requirements to deliver appropriate end-to-end solutions
  • Identify and support HR projects related to business process, data conversion, data retention, and integration.
  • Identify test scenarios, and assist in the execution of testing in support of Workday system updates and changes
  • Support management of related technical environments/tenants, including the ongoing migration of code and configuration and related validation testing in each instance
  • Translate and document non-technical requirements into technical concepts with a comprehensive understanding of HR applications and technical interdependencies
