Customer Service Representative - Tucson, AZ

Salary: $15.59 per hour / $31,413.85 annually

We’re looking for Customer Service Representatives for our Tucson, AZ office who are motivated, solution-oriented and have a passion for service. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll learn insurance inside and out through our paid training and the continuous support of your team and supervisor. You’ll show our customers the value and security that comes with being insured by GEICO. Our Customer Service Representatives use compassion and attention to detail to exceed the expectations of our policyholders.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Outstanding customer service skills and/or experience
  • Solid computer, grammar and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent, college degree or currently pursuing preferred
